delicious pastries and very nice staff! i’ve gone back for the veggie quiche about 3 times and it’s consistently very yummy. i like going in the morning, stopping by spokesman right before to get a drink, and then popping in to get my breakfast. it’s always very nice and quiet inside and it’s not usually very busy (but they deserve to be!) just recently had these mini tarts and they were divine!

Incroyable! I got the pain aux raisins and the veggie quiche and loved both. You can tell these are made by a French native too - the pastries are balanced well and not overloaded with sugar or cream like you often see elsewhere. The baker’s wife Tala mentioned they do custom orders, so I ordered a Paris-Brest for a dinner party and it was délicieux! Somehow even better than the one I had on my trip to Paris a few years ago. Will be back to try an almond croissant in the near future

Obsessed with Nougatine Bakery. Everything we tried was delicious. The plain croissant was perfect, super flaky but “full,” not just air. The cannele was the best one I had, the caramelized bottom was just perfect. The veggie quiche was delicious as well, the mushrooms were so good! I had never had pain suisse and I loved it, it was sweet but not too sweet. Hadn’t had anything like the za’atar lebneh cruffin either and it was so tasty!! The lebneh had great consistency and flavor. Attention was great, and the place is really cute! If you want coffee with your pastries you can get it next door, or take your pastries next door and sit there. It’s our new favorite spot, we’ll be going often!!

Hands down some of the best pastries I’ve ever had. Everything tastes freshly baked, and the quality really stands out. It’s rare to find something this authentic in Texas. The chef’s French background definitely shows!! So glad they’ve opened a brick and mortar location. It’s well deserved. And on top of that, the owners are genuinely kind people, which makes the whole experience even better. GO TRY THEM OUT! You won’t regret it

A true standout and not to be missed. Compliments to the chef and the entire team for their artistry. Arrive early, as these coveted pastries tend to sell out quickly.
